Reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis and require a deposit to be binding.

In the event that a customer cancels a reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.  In the event that North Alabama Wagyu, LLC is unable to fill a reservation, any deposit paid will be refunded.

A minimum of half of the remaining balance is due when the animal is dropped off at the butcher shop.  The balance must be paid in full by the time of product pickup.
